Saturn Plasma and Radio Waves, as Seen by Cassini Full-Res: PIA13698 This animation, derived from data obtained by NASA’s Cassini spacecraft, shows how plasma swirling around Saturn is correlated to bursts of radio waves emanating from the planet. The data shown on the upper portion of the screen were obtained by the ion and neutral camera, part of the magnetospheric imaging instrument. When the plasma gets hot, it goes from red to white. The bottom part of the screen shows data from Cassini’s radio and plasma wave subsystem. The data was obtained from 12:01 a.m. UTC to 11:55 a.m. UTC on Oct. 7, 2008. The Cassini-Huygens mission is a cooperative project of NASA, the European Space Agency and the Italian Space Agency (ASI). The Jet Propulsion Laboratory, a division of the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, manages the mission for NASA's Science Mission Directorate, Washington. The Cassini orbiter was designed, developed and assembled at JPL. The magnetospheric imaging instrument was designed, built and is operated by an international team led by the Applied Physics Laboratory of the Johns Hopkins University, Laurel, Md. The radio and plasma wave science experiment team is based at the University of Iowa, Iowa City. "In my mind, there is no question that they're out there. My Career is well established. My texts books are required reading in all the major capitals on planet earth. If you want to become a physicist to learn about the unified field theory-you read my books. Therefore, I'm in a position to say: Yes- Most likely they're out their, perhaps even visited, perhaps on our moon. - ABC News Quote -- –Professor Michio Kaku Author of Theoretical Physics UNY "I've been convinced for a long time that the flying saucers are real and interplanetary. Another words we are being watched by beings from outer space." –Albert M. Chop Deputy Public Relations Director National Aeronautics and Space Administration,(NASA)  & United States Air Force spokesman for Project Blue Book "When the long awaited solution to the UFO problem comes, I believe that it will prove to be not merely the next small step in the march of science, but a mighty and totally unexpected quantum leap." "We had a job to do, whether right or wrong, to keep the public from getting excited" –Dr. J Allen Hynek, Director Project Bluebook Scientific consultant, astronomer, investigator & analyst. "Of course it is possible that UFOs really do contain aliens as many people believe, and the Government is hushing it up." –Professor Stephen Hawking "Given the millions or billions of Earth-like planets, life elsewhere in the Universe without a doubt, does exist. In the vastness of the Universe we are not alone." –Albert Einstein when asked if he believed in the Bible Physicist "I looked out the window and saw this white light. It was zigzagging around. I went up to the pilot and said,Have you ever seen anything like that? He was shocked and he said, "Nope." And I said to him: "Let's follow it!" We followed it for several minutes. It was a bright white light. We followed it to Bakersfield, and all of a sudden to our utter amazement it went straight up into the heavens. When I got off the plane I told Nancy all about it. Think about how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And I ask you, does not this threat already exist?" –President Ronald Reagen Describing a 1974 UFO encounter to veteran newsman Norman C. Miller the then Washington bureau chief for the Wall Street Journal "The phenomenon of UFOs does exist, and it must be treated seriously." –President Mikhail Gorbachev U.S.S.R. Dr. Norman Bergrun holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Cornell University and worked as a scientist at Ames Research Laboratory, NACA (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics), a predecessor of Ames Research Center, NASA. During his long career he also worked for Lockheed Missiles and Space Company (now Lockheed Martin). After which he performed a short tour of duty at Nielsen Engineering and Research, before founding the Bergrun Engineering and Research, a parent organization of Bergrun Research founded in 1999. The author of two books “Tomorrow's Technology Today” and “Ringmakers of Saturn,” of which, in the Rings of Saturn, Dr. Bergrun made some astounding claims that threatened to tarnish his distinguished career in aerospace science.  Being an alumnus of Ames Research Laboratory, on the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA), the predecessor of Ames Research Center at NASA, where he had worked for twelve years as a research scientist. While at Ames, his research pioneered the design criteria for airplane thermal ice-prevention on aircraft and the development of roll stability laws for airplanes, missiles and rockets. Shortly after joining Lockheed Missiles and Space Company (today Lockheed Martin) he became the manager of flight testing ‘planning & analysis’ for the Department of the Navy’s Polaris Underwater Launch Missile System. During his thirteen year history at Lockheed, he also served as one of the senior scientists responsible for analysis cognizance of certain space-satellite applications (like those used in Cassini and Voyager). After a short tour of duty with Nielsen Engineering and Research, in 1971, he moved on to found Bergrun Engineering and Research, specially for his world wide web activities. As an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), he was active in providing regular reports to Congress during the Congressional Visits Day events on Capitol Hill. Other memberships included The Planetary Society, The Association for the Advancement of Science, The Aviation Hall of Fame, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Federation of American Scientists and the Scientific Faculty, International Biographical Center, Cambridge, England. During is long career, Bergrun holds a B.S.M.E. degree from Cornell University, an LLB from LaSalle University Extension, a DSc (Hon) from World University and a California Professional Engineer (PE) License; also engaging in graduate aerospace studies at Stanford University. Taking knowledge he had researched during his tenure at Ames Research, he authored two books,  ‘Tomorrow's Technology Today’ and certainly his most controversial, ‘The Ringmakers of Saturn,’ as well as having published over 100 papers. Two recent manuscripts, Lunar Life Forms: Revelations of Apollo 14 and Mars Puts on a Good Face: The Masquerade, have been registered with the Library of Congress, Washington, D. C. He has lectured in the United States, Canada, England and Europe. From the hundreds, maybe thousands, of photographs taken during the Voyager 1 as it flew past the planet Saturn in 1980, Dr. Bergrun’s remarkable book, The Rings of Saturn, will give witness to several photographs showing the reader the incomplete A-ring. As Dr. Bergrun sets out to explain his theory to this phenomenon, he will do it without talking down to the reader, without a lot of scientific jargon, making it quite easy to understand. For example, the famous Cassini photographs of the Enke gaps are well explained by the Dr Bergrun. The micro photographic techniques he employs were designed by Bergrun to provide answers many to the same questions Galileo must have about Saturn since he first gazed up at the skies with his crude but capable telescope. Here the Bergrun further demonstrates an interesting relationship to the well defined crater on the Earth's moon called 'Mare Orientale,' and to the 1908 Tunguska impact catastrophe in the former Soviet Union. Upon closer examination of his findings, he demonstrates the same rare virtues of Galileo Galilee, the courage of Lewis and Clark, the devotion to science of Copernicus in presenting us with the evidence he’s uncovered. Dr. Norman Bergrun elegantly qualifies, making the most astounding and significant of discoveries on a scale no man before him has ever witnessed. He has brought forth new thresholds upon which man must confront literally every mathematical equation upon which all the assumptions regarding an organic Universe have been made and sustained up to the present. His theory on the relationship of the EMVs (electro magnetic vehicles) to the ‘finishing points’ of unfinished rings around Saturn suggest a dynamics that no one has ever thought possible. Yet Doctor Bergrun expressed all these potentials, while knowing the significant impact it would have, and where lesser men would falter. Especially knowing that these revelations would falter in the face of conventional thinking, even cosmology, and those beliefs favored by world religion and modern science. By removing the burdens placed upon the chronology of our solar system, he addresses the many possibilities the EMVs represent, and their interactions with the planets, by the evidence of their mere presence throughout the solar system. Mankind will have difficulty abiding to his claim of our need to seek out the truth, through the denial of a priest caste protecting a notion as if it is a demigod. When you hear his sincerity, you may better understand what the he great Galileo Galilee faced when he was accused by friends turned enemies during his trial as a blasphemer and heretic by the church he loved, but science he lived.
