Or pertaining to or characteristic of an individual; personal experience; individual: a subjective evaluation. When you subjectively perceive something that was not documented via objective means. Definition: existing in the mind; belonging to the thinking subject rather than to the object of thought. (adj.) Being the object or goal of one's efforts or actions, not influenced by personal feelings, interpretations, or prejudice; based on facts; unbiased: an objective opinion. When you perceive nothing subjectively, but obtain objective evidence and/or documentation. Definition: something that one's efforts or actions are intended to attain or accomplish via photography, audio recording (EVP), video (camcorder, film, etc.) When you are able to experience and document BOTH a subjective and an objective experience TOGETHER! TYPE ONE – When the subjective and objective appear the same. TYPE TWO – When the subjective and objective appear different. TYPE THREE– A combination of one and two, when the subjective and objective MATCH, and additional information is documented on either the objective or subjective side. Within the paranormal world some distinction has been made by researchers in classifying a paranormal experience, as an ‘Apparition’ and/or ‘Manifestation.’ Although they can be used interchangeably to describe the paranormal event one must discern what is actually meant by the use of these nouns. This section of Ghosts and Spirits is designed to help clarify the distinction. An ‘APPARITION’ usually denotes the visual representation of a recognizable appearance having taken form during a supernatural event of a person or thing, esp. a ghost; a specter or phantom; wraith: a spirit that takes form. Usually followed by a the occurrence of a manifestation. A ‘MANIFESTATION’ on the other hand is related more to the experience of telekinetic or psycho- kinetic (PK) energy, a movement of objects or physical event, possibly telepathically from a living agent, a paranormal event, or both. As well as unexplained sound (auditory), smells (olfactory) , and the feeling of being touched, pushed, scratched or manhandled (tactile). The even can occur as either an apparition or a manifestation, or both, and not necessarily in that order. Usually during a manifestation, and without warning, and rarely during an apparition. Being touched, pushed, scratched, manhandled and bitten. Two levels occur, temperature changes, and a physical connection, like a breeze, wind, or touch. Usual drop temperature change for no apparent reason… Being touched, brushed up against, walked past, a breathe or breeze against your neck or skin, the hair on you neck stand up, etc… The visual representation of an image, person, animal or object. Person, appears as a full or partial image, solid to faint, and in many different ways… Animal, horses, dogs and cats are the most common… Objects, clothing, lamps, etc… Sounds have been physically heard during the manifestation of a presumed event. Usually before an apparition has appeared. Vocal sounds, screams, voices, whispers (different languages)… Footsteps, pounding, knocking, walking… Singing, music, moaning… Often during the manifestation or the appearance of an apparition,  odors and smells are realized. Organic scents like flowers (lavender, roses, etc.)… Perfumes and colognes… Recognizable body odors (can be quite foul)… Repugnant odors during a malevolent experience is common... Any or all can be associated with the entity or entities responsible for the event…
